Will is the pastor at Second Missionary Baptist Church in Kokomo. He graduated from VA University of Lynchburg and Seminary with a Bachelors in Organization Leadership and Management and was ordained in 2008. He later received a Masters Degree with a concentration in Church Administration and Leadership also from Lynchburg, as well as a Doctorate of Ministry from United Theological Seminary.
